Students Honored by the Yamaha Music Foundation

Every year, students in the Yamaha program around the world participate in the Junior Original Concert. This competition/ celebration gives students the chance to compose their own pieces, develop them with instructors, and perform them on regional, national, and international levels.

Last year, we had one of our students travel to Japan for the International JOC concert. However, she was in some incredible company.

The Yamaha Music Foundation decided to honor some of the other students who had submitted for the International competition. They picked 5 young musicians- and TWO of those are from our very own Yamaha Music School!
